How do you keep our registration & membership data secure?
We keep your data* safe and secure by ensuring that all transmitted information is encrypted by a 128-bit RSA encryption-secure socket layer. All credit card and ACH information is stored encrypted. We perform daily virus definition updates and real-time virus scanning. We utilize 24/7 hosting, redundancy, and data backup with automatic daily and hourly backups of all data on secure and redundant web and database servers. We also control access to data by limiting administrator access with customized user accounts, view preferences, and security settings.

With which company am I contracting?
TREX and MSM are actually two companies who partner on many clients to provide seamless services. Depending on your service needs, you will be issued a contract from one or both companies. In addition, if required for the services you seek, a letter of engagement will be issued from the independent accounting firm, as well as other vendors specific to your needs.
