Committed to staying abreast of industry trends and enhancing her expertise, Felicia pursued further education, earning a law degree specializing in healthcare regulation and policy from Emory School of Law (JM), as well as a Masters in Public Administration from South University in Savannah, GA. She also obtained certification in non-profit management from Duke University and earned the esteemed Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives.
