Biography

Monica has more than 20 years of management experience in accounting operations, corporate treasury, and bank financial services in both large and small corporate environments. She has spent the last ten years specifically servicing the not-for-profit sector. Her roles have included functioning as the Accounting Manager, Controller, and CFO for various nonprofit organizations. She has a working knowledge of numerous accounting software packages but has primarily worked with QuickBooks. Monica’s overall experience includes financial statement preparation, review and analysis, financial reporting to the board of directors, system implementation, policy and procedure development, and documentation, along with being the primary contact assisting with the annual financial audit. Ms. McCue holds a bachelor’s degree in business from DePaul University and a Master’s in Business Administration with distinction from the University of Illinois in Chicago.
