Biography

Ridhima Shaw is a versatile and mission-driven Project Manager with a strong foundation in strategic operations, community engagement, and event execution. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is currently pursuing her MBA at Babson College, where she is deepening her expertise in entrepreneurship and strategic leadership. At Babson, Ridhima also serves as the Director of Operations for Babson Women in Business, where she leads event logistics, strategic planning, and collaborative initiatives that empower future women leaders.

At TREX, Ridhima leads the planning and execution of the Pfizer Regional Networking Events and the My Best Winter Skin campaign. Previously, Ridhima served as the Membership Coordinator at the Skin of Color Society, where she played a vital role in enhancing member experiences, streamlining communications, and supporting high-impact programs. Her unique ability to merge operational precision with creative outreach makes her a valuable asset in both client-facing and internal roles. Passionate about building systems that empower people and ideas, she thrives in dynamic environments where collaboration and innovation intersect.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Ridhima is a professionally trained dancer with over 17 years of experience and mastery in more than 15 dance forms. Her lifelong dedication to the arts reflects the same discipline, adaptability, and expressive energy she brings to her work in project management. A natural connector and creative problem solver, Ridhima approaches every project with clarity, compassion, and a relentless commitment to excellence.
