Biography

Ridhima is a Program Manager, where she supports the strategic planning and execution of programs, initiatives, and client priorities across association management, events, membership engagement, and operations. Since joining TREX in 2021, she has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility from Membership & Registration Coordinator to Specialist, Project Manager, and now Program Manager.

Ridhima earned her MBA from Babson College, with concentrations in Marketing and Business Analytics, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from the University of Illinois Chicago. Her background combines program management, strategic thinking, data-informed decision-making, and a strong understanding of the member and client experience.
