 Since 1985 we have helped scores of organizations do a better job of managing meeting information. We work exclusively in the meetings industry.
Coleman has been an educational leader, furthering professionalism by pioneering new programs alerting planners to the need for international savoir-faire and software savvy. For 11 years, his firm has provided customized software to improve the planning process. He was an early trailblazer, exploring ways to apply new technologies to the meeting industry and he has been sharing his experience ever since.
- Sentient
Our customized registration and housing software. In use by small companies running it on a single workstations, to large organizations with 30 or more users simultaneously entering/editing data, each version of Sentient is completely customized to match the client's specified needs. Our extensive experience means that we come to you with lots of information management methods tailored for meetings, giving you a competitive advantage.
- AMS
Our "abstract management system", handles all of the information processing for the abstract program of technical and scientific congresses and conventions. All letters, statistical reports, even the publishing of the final program can be accomplished from our customized abstract management system. It has been used for meetings of 100 to 3000 abstracts.
- Spaceman
Our "space management" applications. We have two versions. One is a robust conference center management system. The other helps meeting managers assign meeting space which they hold in multiple facilities over a period of days or weeks.
