SERVICES
 Technical Registration Experts (T-REX) is a proactive, dedicated group of professionals who understand your needs and will work diligently to exceed your expectations. The following summarizes our registration services available direct from T-REX:
- T-REX, one of the meeting industry's leading technology experts, uses MeetingTrak to better manage the registration process for its varied clients. The MeetingTrak system gives us flexibility, power, and integration with other Microsoft products such as Microsoft Word 6.0 and Excel.
- T-REX works with you to ensure all your reporting requirements are delivered by establishing a complete understanding of all of your needs. We will modify MeetingTrak to correspond with your requirements before the registration process begins. The output would include, but are not limited to, various customized confirmation letters, registration statistics, balance due reports, invoices, mailing labels, financial/deposit reports and name badges. Name badges can be laser printed on custom stock and can be laminated. Sample output has been provided, based on our understanding of your needs.
- T-REX accepts all registrations via Internet, mail or fax and can perform all data entry, generating customized letters of confirmations within one (1) business day. A dedicated 800 or 888-telephone line answered with personalized English greeting during normal business hours, with 24 hour customized voice-mail to handle all telephone inquiries.
- T-REX provides complete, detailed, and accurate financial reports, and can process all check and credit card payments according to agreed upon procedures. Balance due amounts can be invoiced. All registration deposits with transaction reports are generated within five working days. All registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
- T-REX prepares all on-site registration packets containing program, welcome letter, agenda, badges, tickets, ribbons, etc., and will duplicate on-site or ship all registration materials and equipment for Conference to/from our office.
- T-REX provides consultation on "the look" and content development of all print materials, including registration forms and mailings, programs, event tickets, signage and name badge stock.
