How do you keep our registration data secure? |

We keep your data safe and secure by ensuring all information transmitted is encrypted by a 128 bit RSA encryption Secure Socket Layer. All credit card and ACH information is stored encrypted. We perform daily virus definition updates and real-time virus scanning. We utilize 24/7 hosting, redundancy and data backup with automatic daily and hourly backups of all data on secure and redundant web and database servers. Finally, we control access to data by limiting administrator access with custom user account view preferences and security settings. |

Do you carry liability insurance? |
|
Please specify the minimum amount of coverage that you can provide. T-REX will maintain liability insurance covering bodily injury (including accidental death) and property damage of not less than one million dollars per occurrence and employee dishonesty coverage in the amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars. T-REX will name your officers, directors, employees, members, volunteers, agents, representatives and affiliates as additional insured for provision. T-REX will provide you with certificates of insurance on Accord form 25-S evidencing coverage for the performance of coverage. You will not be responsible for providing workers compensation for T-REX employees or any of our subcontractors. |

If the assigned account executive is unable to address the client’s concerns, what steps do you take to rectify the situation? |

Because your account manager is a co-owner of T-REX, you can be assured that a resolution will be achieved that satisfies all parties involved. We encourage you to assess our value on a regular basis, and we work to adapt our approach to meet your expectations. We frequently assess our own processes and work to minimize errors and increase efficiency. However, we are always open to new ideas. In 16 years of business, T-REX has never had an issue that could not be resolved with a win-win outcome. |

How do you handle client’s issues that arise prior to, during, and after a meeting? |

However, if a situation arises prior to, during, or after a meeting, your account manger will work with you and your staff to determine the best course of action to resolve the problem. Communication is the key to conflict resolution. |
