POSITIVE SIDE OF THE COIN
Early on we recognized that our clients are busy people and anything that makes their lives more difficult leaves a bad taste that just does not go away. Together we strive to avoid missed deadlines, sloppy work, or even “innocent” mistakes that reflect poorly on us and jeopardize our chance of ongoing business with our clients.

Our clients only see the positive side of our “coin” – exceptional service, attention to detail, and those little touches that show just how professional we really are. These touches have had a positive influence on our many clients. Here are three “little things” that we do to make all the difference to our current clients:

  • Cover All The Bases - Every time we have to touch base with a client to get information that we missed addressing in our earlier planning sessions, we make note of it. We take those notes and build a template of questions to ask for the next similar project.
  • Respond Quickly – We set a strict response time and we will hold ourselves to that standard. When a client contacts us and we commit to deliver something by a certain date or time, we make sure we deliver it.
  • Say What We Mean, And Mean What We Say – We have become a better estimator by tracking how long our client projects really take – not just the work itself, but the interruptions, setbacks, and obstacles that happen as well. Over time we’ve developed a powerful, accurate ability to estimate the true timeline of a project, and therefore, we are able to confidently give estimates that reflect real-world conditions.
